Service Procedure for a MISSING PUZZLE PIECE

1)Please send us as an email attachment a picture of or write us down the EAN code printed on the side of your puzzle box.

Include your name, postal address, e-mail address, puzzle name and reference code, and WHERE you acquired the puzzle. Ricordi Support will send you a replacement puzzle in a plastic bag (containing all puzzle pieces) without the illustration.

2)Sending an individual puzzle piece is only possible for the new puzzle references of 2010 plus a list of item you can download here

Please provide to us, besides of all the data requested in point 1. also the serial number of production indicated on your puzzle bag, and inform us about the exact position of the missing piece on the horizontal and vertical axe of the puzzle.
