How do you ship the Puzzles and Posters? – via Standard Post or UPS, depending on how fast you wish to receive your delivery, shipment costs are covered by you

After how many days will I receive my puzzles/ posters?- after 7 to 15 working days, you can choose the option standard or express service for your shipment

Do you have agents in my country? Where can I buy your puzzles in my country?- Please write us in a mail in which country do you live and we will give you the contact of the local distributor

What does the warranty cover?
- Missing or defect pieces

If my puzzle have defects, can I avail a new one?
- Yes, you will get a new one for free, only shipment costs have to be always covered by you

Which is the procedure to avail the warranty replacement?- Please read carefully the sections Customer Care and Warranty in the menu entitled Who We Are on the homepage

Why there can occur some differences between the size of the image on the box coversheet and on the puzzle itself?- We are aware that after completing your puzzle you would be glad to frame it and hang it up, being a masterpiece of Fine Art. For this reason we aim at the high compatibility of the size of our puzzles with the standard frames available on the market. That’s why sometimes it is necessary to cut the puzzle in such a way that– both keeping the original version of the masterpiece and making it fit easily into a standard frame are granted. For this reason sometimes you can find slight differences between the original size printed on the box coversheet and the size of the puzzle inside.
