10 years warranty, how does it work?
The conditions to get 10 years warranty are actually quite easy. The only thing you have to do is to register your purchase within 3 weeks by sending us by email to private@ricordi.info the following filled-out form:

NOTE

Make sure you always keep your original puzzle box because you will need to submit the bar code from the puzzle box. This must be sent with the filled-out request form.
